Seth Rollins, the World Champion, opens the show discussing his upcoming title defense in a four-way match at Clash in Paris against Jey Uso, CM Punk, and LA Knight. Michael Cole notes Rollins has no champion’s advantage in a four-way but he certainly benefits from the no-disqualification stipulation, allowing his allies to assist. Paul Heyman claims to be the “GOAT” of the city due to ECW’s history there, referencing New Jack, Sandman, RVD, Sabu, and Tommy Dreamer. Bron Breakker is hailed as a future WrestleMania main eventer, while Bronson Reed is dubbed the “Tribal Thief” holding the “Shoelafala.” Jey Uso interrupts, engaging the crowd with kids chanting “Yeet” into Jey’s microphone, though Jey himself appears nervous and less animated. Rollins mocks Jey’s “Yeet” chant, performing it better. Jey announces an Extreme Rules match against Bron Breakker tonight attempting to introduce a “Whoah” chant.

Following last week’s recap where Roxanne defeated Iyo Sky, Asuka apologizes to Iyo but confirms they’ll go separate ways, though she’ll support Iyo when needed. Iyo faces Raquel Rodriguez, with Roxanne in Raquel’s corner. Raquel, a strong heel, delivers a powerful big boot, while Iyo impresses with smooth moves, including a backflip off a clothesline and a missile dropkick. Iyo wins, but Roxanne attacks post-match with a superkick. Rhea Ripley intervenes, dodging Raquel’s big boot and delivering one of her own, sending Raquel out of the ring.

LA Knight’s interview is interrupted by CM Punk, who proposes they align for the four-way match at Clash in Paris. Punk positions himself as the strategist, but Knight, flustered, relies on his catchphrase to exit the segment.

Grayson Waller and The New Day, now out of mourning, target wins. Xavier Woods, sporting a Majin Buu tattoo post-heel turn, faces Penta. Despite a three-front assault, Penta secures the victory, showcasing his resilience.

A recap of AAA’s event is shown, highlighting its appeal. Additional promotion for Worlds Collide AAA is featured, noting WWE’s rare collaboration with other promotions, possibly influenced by AEW. El Hijo del Vikingo’s appearance in WWE media is highlighted.

Judgment Day (Tag Team Champions) with Dominik Mysterio (Intercontinental Champion) face Dragon Lee and AAA’s Mister Iguana, who uses a puppet lizard. Iguana impresses with a no-arms hurricanrana, but Judgment Day wins with Dominik’s interference. Post-match, Dominik and Judgment Day attack Iguana and Lee, but Vikingo intervenes, only to be laid out by Dominik’s belt shot and frog splash.

Becky Lynch, Intercontinental Champion, is interviewed and faces Natalya, dubbed “Nasty Natalya.” Questions arise about Natalya’s Alpha Babes affiliation. During the match, Natalya appears injured but continues. Becky targets Natalya’s arm, winning with the Disarm-her. Maxxine Dupri and Tazowa interfere, but Nikki Bella saves Maxxine, hitting Becky with the Rack Attack 2.0.

Asuka picks a fight with Rhea Ripley over assisting Iyo Sky post-match, causing friction. Asuka’s motives are unclear, possibly tied to pursuing tag team titles and needing Iyo for a stronger faction in the women’s division.

Bayley delivers a pre-taped promo with a “Slim Shady” vibe suggesting a bold new direction for her character. Maybe she just needs a hug?

Sheamus delivers a strong interview, but Rusev (formerly Miro) interrupts, leading to a brawl. Adam Pearce announces a Donnybrook match between them at Clash in Paris after completely losing his cool.

Naomi, emotional, announces her pregnancy, cutting short her championship run. She angrily confronts Adam Pearce, setting up a potential future storyline. This is now 2 world titles Naomi had to vacate and 1 tag title she vacated. 

Dominik Mysterio strategizes with El Americano, confusing Finn Bálor, hinting at continued internal dynamics within Judgment Day.

The first Extreme Rules match in five years sees Jey Uso face Bron Breakker. Bron suffers an early injury from a clothesline over the top rope but continues. Jey introduces chairs and a table at the crowd’s request. Bronson Reed interferes, retrieving his “Shoelafala” and delivering a Death Valley Driver. LA Knight and CM Punk get involved, with Punk accidentally putting Knight through a table. Roman Reigns appears, intimidating Bron with a spear threat. Jey capitalizes with an Uso Splash through a table, securing the win with Reigns’ support. Post-match, Bronson Reed and Reigns exchange heated words.
